Welcome to WazanaLaw
WazanaLaw is a human rights portal premised on the freedom of movement as a fundamental
human right.
It is an irony of our time that as money and its owners have established legal avenues
for their unobstructed migration, the movement of people has been and continues
to be seriously curtailed and restricted by laws and regulations.
Canada is no different. The
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, with
its accompanying
Regulations, sets out the fundamental structures, rules
and processes of immigrating to Canada. WazanaLaw is designed to help you navigate
through these two key texts.
If the site is useful to you in any way, it will have accomplished its goal. If
not, please let me know how I could make it more useful. Your help will be appreciated.
